Old Man on a Bike by Peter Sizer

Filed under: age — Tags: — velochick @ 11:21 am

This is a quote from it:

I’m pedaling in to work

thinking about God’s works

He’s pedaling into work

Old man and old grid

not far to go now

to the end of the ride

look at him, weaving

slow and slower, in an out

of the hating, narled up traffic

he’s old and slow

but skilful

he’s doing no harm

but patient

under unjust rebuke
